The Community Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day social media activities for 2-4 brands. Manage this premier hotel brands' social media channels, plus assist in aspects of planning and executing monthly content designed to position Hilton brands for success. You will be the first point of contact between the brand and the consumer and must uphold brand tone and voice across various platforms and brands. Work closely with the Social Media Strategy team and other key functional teams to deliver comprehensive integrated content and social marketing plans that drive broad business needs. In addition, this role will leverage social listening best practices to identify proactive opportunities and provide recommendations based on what the community is saying. The Community Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that the comprehensive plan is successfully executed and tracked while providing ongoing updates to key stakeholders. In addition, this person will be tasked with identifying compelling customer stories and insights and should have an appreciation for social storytelling. Position Summary: Manage and program multiple social media channels in an effort to provide best-in-class service, foster global social conversation and build a vibrant community. Maintain monthly content calendars working closely with brand marketing and social media marketing, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy. Use data and listening to find opportunities for engagement and understand audience trends that can influence decisions across the organization. Real-time monitoring of social channels to identify strategic opportunities and flag potential issues Engage with current and prospective customers across social platforms in a positive way and escalate larger trends and insights as necessary Partner with the social media marketing team on key projects, including social media ads and influencer strategies. Support events with social media engagement strategy and execution. Traffic ads to media agency and provide insight to help paid media targeting. Support the team on day-to-day ad hoc initiatives as needed. Continuously ideate and innovate within the social space. Required Qualifications A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience A minimum of one (1) years of experience in agency or marketing role Experience managing social media accounts and campaigns Experience working in a complex, fast-paced organization with multiple stakeholders Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners/talent Experience in campaign management and execution Additional Requirements (ie % of travel time, etc.): < 10% Travel; May require working outside of business hours.
