Membership Marketing Partners (MMP) is an innovative and fast-growing direct marketing agency that works in the intersection of conservative politics and marketing. We're looking to hire an entry level Email Marketing Associate to expand our digital marketing department in our Alexandria, Virginia office. As an Email Marketing Associate, you will create, implement, and monitor email campaigns to ensure that MMP is exceeding the goals and expectations of our clients. The ideal team member will have the passion and drive to analyze data and develop solutions to improve campaign results. Candidate must be willing to relocate to Washington DC metro area. Job Responsibilities: . Collaborate with the various stakeholders to build email campaigns that drive consumer engagement and generate conversions such as sign-ups and donations . Create and manage the set up and execution of email campaigns, including list segmentation, and reporting . Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email copy, and email design to improve conversion rates . Ensure email compatibility and functionality through testing tools such as Litmus Required Qualifications: . Bachelor's degree (Preferred Bachelor's degree in political science, marketing, or business related) . Superb attention to detail . Interest in working in conservative and constitutional political advocacy . Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including proofreading skills . Self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively . Good attitude and work ethic, with high personal and professional standards . Passionate about your work Preferred Qualifications: . 0-2 years job experience with either political advocacy groups, campaigns, or a marketing agency . Experience working with an email marketing platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Salsa . Previous work experience in conservative politics .
