We consult for many different venues, ranging from food-focused gastropubs to bars and nightclubs, all with unique brand voices and local constituencies. We are looking for a Marketing & Analysis Manager, who can bring deep analytical experience and a strategic approach to our marketing programs. As the Marketing & Analysis Manager, you will own measurement and monitoring of all of our marketing programs. This includes setting up and managing reporting for all of our digital marketing programs - Google Adwords, social media, and others - as well as our database marketing initiatives through our CRM. You will work closely with the Marketing team to identify valuable customer segments and to build out effective automation strategies across email, SMS, and other channels. You'll also be responsible for communicating your results to multiple different audiences, from regional operational teams to the executive level. YOU ARE: * An Analyst : The person chosen for this role will have deep analytical experience. You will have experience pulling and manipulating data using a variety of tools and methods, from pivot tables and graphs in excel to pulling data from databases. You will have experience using and building dashboards to report on performance and be able to glean strategic insights from data. You will also be familiar with setting up and troubleshooting digital tracking using tools such as Google Tag Manager, Facebook Events Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads Conversions. * A Marketer: While not required, experience in marketing - particularly digital marketing - is a plus. Basic knowledge of front-end web coding (HTML, CSS), A/B testing, and database marketing techniques are especially desirable. * A Communicator: You will be required to communicate across a range of different levels - from individual marketing managers to executive-level management. The ability to communicate your insights and recommendations to each audience in actionable terms will be key to your success. * Extremely Detail Oriented: There will be multiple projects that you will be tackling at once so attention to detail and organization are a crucial part of this role. YOU WILL: * Serve as primary point of contact for Live! clients and management for all marketing performance questions * Work closely with IT and Marketing management to build out Live!'s CRM on Microsoft Dynamics * Set up and manage dashboards to track marketing performance across channels; monitor and report on performance * Pull and analyze data to answer ad hoc questions as they arise * Identify areas for improvement or greater efficiency, such as: methods of automating campaigns; new customer lists and / or exclusions to improve customer engagement, etc. Desired Qualifications: * BA/BS (or MA/MS) * At least 3 years of experience in an analytical role * Experience with digital or database marketing a plus * Experience with programming, scripting or statistical packages a plus (Python, R, Matlab, SQL).
