Conduct College Campus recruiting efforts and represent the company at Job Fairs. Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, identify potential sources to find qualified candidates, and develop a recruiting strategy and process. Responsible for full recruiting cycle including sourcing, applicant testing, interviewing, presenting and closing qualified candidates. Pre-screen all resumes received via traditional recruiting methods prior to presentation to manager; conduct phone screens and provide summaries of candidates to managers. Employ a variety of sourcing techniques to identify a high quality, diverse candidate pool in an efficient, cost effective manner, ie cold calling, internet, research firms, user groups. Conduct reference checks and work with background screening vendor. Manage relationships with internal SumTotal HR; provide weekly status to Senior Director of HR. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and internal SOPs. Ability to perform other related responsibilities as requested, such as onboarding projects, employee events, immigration, and relocation. All other duties as assigned.
