Ecrion is looking for a motivated, driven Account Executive (AE) to join our growing team. You are qualified and eager to be the "quarterback" of the prospect relationship/journey. We are seeking an experienced, quota-carrying sales performer who is looking to focus their skills to communicate to prospects how Ecrion's solution provides value to our customers and potential customers. If you have a passion for technology and an interest in how it can facilitate genuine one-to-one connections between companies and their customers, we want to talk to you! Responsibilities You will meet/exceed assigned revenue goals working with a team of Sales Engineers, Sales Development Reps, Implementation Consultants, Marketing and other members of your Ecrion team. You will follow up on leads, perform "Needs Analysis", use product demos for qualified prospects and lead the technical/sales validation process. You know how to work "smarter" not harder and drive standard methodologies to ensure successes to win as a team. This role is based in-office at Ecrion's Rockville headquarters; travel of 20-30% is expected. In addition, you will also successfully: . Manage the full sales-cycle of qualified leads . Work with Sales Development Reps (SDRs) to assist them in identifying and perfecting a qualified lead pipeline to schedule appointments . Meet/exceed quarterly sales goals using appropriate value-based sales approaches & techniques . Work as a team with a Sales Development Rep (SDR) and a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to complete a full sales cycle (prospecting -> closing -> account success) . Establish a deep understanding of Ecrion's target markets and personas. . Develop and maintain email/phone scripts. . Ensure a seamless transition of customer projects from Sales to Implementation . Collaborate with other Account Executives to share knowledge and set standards Education and Experience . **IMPORTANT**: 3+ years of on-quota direct sales experience selling B2B software applications/solutions . Experience in Account Based Sales through inbound and outbound prospecting . Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment . Evidence of commitment to a sales methodology . Teamwork and good communication skills a must . Experience with SMB and Mid-Market deal sizes . Experience in multi-threaded decision making & managing a multi-touch sales cycle . Curious and Competitive spirit .
