Responsibilities: Create design layouts for new tower and compound locations including site layout, grading, storm water management design, and culvert design Understand structural engineering concepts Perform site walks with the client and document existing site conditions Develop construction plan reviews and production for wireless carrier equipment upgrades and modifications Prepare and review construction drawings for completeness before final PE review Create erosion and sediment control plans Create storm water management plans Prepare lease area descriptions and access and utility easement descriptions Review DOT access requirements Manage municipal review process Prepare engineering response letters Qualifications: BS Civil Engineering or BS Civil Engineering Technology required, EIT preferred 0 to 3 years of civil engineering experience AutoCAD 2016 required and Civil 3D 2016 preferred Experience with site grading, storm water management design and culvert design Knowledgeable in engineering and geotech principles, as well as applicable design guides and standards Knowledgeable in industry and technology trends Knowledgeable in construction practices and principles Proficiency in Microsoft Office
