We help colleges and universities recruit more best-fit students by architecting sound enrollment strategies and then implementing and executing hyper-personalized, data-informed marketing campaigns. Our current client roster is representative of the diversity across the higher education landscape and includes some of the best and most highly regarded institutions in the country. As part of the Waybetter Platforms team, you ll be reimagining and rebuilding a cloud-based EdTech platform that provides full visibility into the student s higher education journey. You ll dig deep into the student lifecycle and help design platforms and campaigns that match students to great colleges and universities At Waybetter you ll design experiences that will turn the college enrollment process from bewildering to obvious. You are a strong believer in design as product, preferring to deliver scalable design patterns over perfectly beautiful ad-hocs You have developed strong front-end engineering skills (HTML, CSS and jQuery/JavaScript) because you need complete mastery over your designs in production. Your experience with Angular, React, or Vue is a strong plus. Familiarity with these frameworks have enabled you to create dynamic, personalized creative through reusable components You take a user-centered approach and prefer feedback through rapid iteration and testing Maybe not your forte, but you still design print. It s another digital channel, archived to paper You have at least 3 years of relevant experience and your design degree is a plus You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates your experience Most importantly: You re awesome.
