EViE Financial is rapidly growing, holistic firm of financial planners and wealth managers in the DC metro area. EViE is looking to add an energetic, self-motivated, hardworking and extremely organized marketing professional to its team. As advisors in a boutique firm, we are seeking a candidate who is not only comfortable with but thrives in an environment involving various tasks across multiple aspects of the business. The Role The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of customer service and a background in events, marketing, or sales. This is a great position for someone who may be interested in pivoting to a career in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate is a highly self-motivated, self-sufficient, multi-tasker, who operates well in a low touch environment. This person enjoys interacting with new people, fostering relationships, and engaging with social media. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking individual who engages data to help drive business and make strategic recommendations. The Marketing Coordinator has two core sets of responsibilities: Client Service & Administration . Maintain calendar of client meetings, events and due dates, following up regularly . Keep EViE team members up-to-date on status of deliverables and deadlines . Provide a high level of customer service to all EViE advisors' clients and prospects . Schedule meetings with prospects/clients and ensure all materials are prepped and printed for the meeting . Maintain CRM with all client meetings, events, marketing campaigns and prospect information . Perform basic data gathering, such as client activity and information searches . Occasionally attend client meetings . Apply corporate image to all emails, cover letters and marketing material in order to maintain consistency in appearance and branding Marketing & Events . Maintain calendar of EViE advisor events and the coordinating events' budget . Research and develop a calendar of proposed events that fit EViE advisors' objectives . Manage vendor relationships, contract details and deadlines, and material prep and printing . Coordinate activities for onsite presence including booth management and related communication and activities for event sponsorship . Attend all onsite events for EViE, helping to drive traffic and coordinate prospect signups . Record all post-event details in CRM, tag event-related communication and add new prospects . Perform basic data gathering to create post-event metrics . Social media management for Facebook, LinkedIn and EViE Financial website Requirements . Bachelor's Degree (Business, Finance, Communications, Marketing is a plus) . 3 years' experience in a professional organization . Must be able to work two Saturdays per month for tradeshows & workshops (work week will be adjusted accordingly) . Event and/or Sales experience is a plus . Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite . Exceptional sense of customer service . Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Self-Starter with the ability to work independently . Superior organizational skills; sets priorities; meets deadlines; and carefully proofs own work .
