Movilitas is looking for a Finance Manager to join our global team! We are a fast-growing, multinational, and innovative IT Consulting firm. In this role you will report directly to the CFO and lead the management of all accounting activities in North America. Key Accountabilities: Manages accounting activities in North America; Analyze variances to business plans; Manage the preparation of the company's budget and rolling forecasts in North America; Prepares financial statements and supporting schedules according to month-end close schedule; Manages Intercompany reconciliation and consolidation process company worldwide; Researches and resolves accounting & reporting errors and discrepancies in GL and the reporting system; Prepares various ad hoc and timeline driven reporting and analysis; Monitors and analyzes accounting data and produce financial reports or statements; Provides analysis and commercial data for internal and project driven requests; Manages annual financial and bank audit in North America; Prepares regular reports and statements for senior management; Maintains documented system of accounting policies and procedures; Working closely with Project office and with other areas of the business to ensure accurate professional services costing; Consistently reviews for process improvement opportunities. Works closely with management to participate in decision making to ensure strong controls and adherence to plan; Maintains accurate cash forecasting process; Analyzes, reviews and audit the purchase ledger and processes; Manages accounting activities in North America; Maintains and updates structure of our Reporting system Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, or related field Minimum of 7-10 years' experience working in a Finance Department; A solid understanding of Accounting principles; Strong in Microsoft Excel & Power Point skills; Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyze large volumes of data; Good organizational skills and the ability to understand detailed information Flexible and eager to take on new responsibilities Ability to embrace change; Ability to compile and interpret stats and present them in a professional manner; Good interpersonal skills; Self Accountable and Self motivated; Excellent attention to detail; Critical thinking, problem solving and overall technical acumen is very important for this role; Prior experience with data processing and reporting systems is a must; Prior knowledge of SAP B1 is a plus;
