STGi is currently seeking a Data AnalystA' to support the National Institute of Health in Rockville, MD.Duties include, but are not limited to the following:Data Mining and Analysis Techniques support:Develop advanced analytics and innovative data mining methodologies, utilizing advanced mathematical algorithms, statistics, machine learning, robotics process automation, artificial intelligence and other techniques.Develop and maintain new or existing structures that contain data, aggregated from many data sources for data mining and predictive/forecasting models with industry-standard data mining algorithms;Provide context and supporting documentation of findings, techniques utilized, and considered options.Create and communicate analysis findings in consumable formats for stakeholders such as data visualizations, data stories or others.Data Extraction and Preparation support.Develop a data hub framework utilizing multiple sources across the organizationCreate and test prototypes, documentation, share findings and iterate to achieve val-id and useful data architectures.Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to develop mechanisms for data downstream, extraction and transformationsDevelop partnerships and touch points with key stakeholders to evaluate data sources, parameters, criteria for inclusion/exclusion, test, optimize and automate re-fresh processes.Analytics Architecture & Technology support:Providing data integration support to a variety of workforce-related and analytics or statistical technologies in use across OHR and NIH which may involve APIs, chat-bots, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Website (Drupal) and SharePoint technologies.Supporting research and development of analytics or related emerging technologies; conducting a needs analysis; performing environmental scans and evaluations of analytics technologiesDeveloping project plans in support of all analytics projects.Data SecurityApply data security frameworks that support the organization's data security policiesLeverage existing data security mechanisms from source systems to replicate per-missions, RLS, or data visibility.Design levels of data indefinability that ranges from granular/identifiable data to limited data, and aggregated data.Develop user data profiles or "personas"A' permitted to access levels of the data indefinability spectrum.Updating project artifacts, presentations, materials, websites and other supporting project management documentation (ie EPLC, Agile, etc.)Required Experience:Experience with administering Tableau Server (2018.1 or later) as well as designing visualizations or other, similar data visualization technologiesExperience implementing server user authentication methodologies such as Active Directory, SAML/Kerberos, Trusted Ticket, etc.Experience developing and maintaining Tableau Server user authorization frame-works (site roles, user groups, project default and custom permissions, inheritance/override, etc.)Experience implementing Data Security techniques such as row level security (RLS), native database user permissions, service accounts, content permissions.Experience with Network Security concepts such as client-server SSL, database drivers, stringent trust modelExperience with compliance and regulations including, but not limited to PII, PHI, 508, GDPR, etc.Experience with Tableau Services Manager maintenance, configuration and commandsExperience generating performant Tableau data extracts and live connections.Experience adapting Tableau Extensions to enhance native server functionality.Experience with embedding data visualizations in websites (Drupal, .Net) and SharePoint technologiesExperience with using APIs to integrate analytics technologiesExperience with converting data visualizations from one technology platform to an-otherExperience creating and presenting complex topics consumable to executives and other stakeholders (ie data stories, data visualizations, journey mapping, etc.)Data Extraction and PreparationExperience developing and maintaining new or existing data integration and transformation solutions (ie ETLs, SQL Jobs, SSIS packages, Tableau Prep Builder and Conductor, etc.)Experience developing APIs for data collections, extractions, and data downstream.Experience with extracting data utilizing Tableau native data connectors or others (ie ODBC, JDBC, Open-Query, MS SQL, Oracle, DB2, MySQL, SharePoint, etc.)Experience developing Web Data Connectors for Tableau Server.Experience developing Java Script APIs and REST APIsExperience with data reduction techniques to reduce noise and overfitting.Experience with configuring cloud environments to support machine learning / AIExperience implementing server user authentication methodologies such as Active Directory, SAML/Kerberos, Trusted Ticket, etc.Experience developing and maintaining Tableau Server user authorization frameworks (site roles, user groups, project default and custom permissions, inheritance/override, etc.)Experience implementing Data Security techniques such as row level security (RLS), native database user permissions, service accounts, content permissions.Experience with Network Security concepts such as client-server SSL, database drivers, stringent trust modelData Mining and Analysis techniquesExperience developing and applying multiple statistical and Machine Learning algorithms (ie linear regression, k-means, k-neighbors, clustering, random forest, naive bayes, etc.)Experience applying algorithmsExperience developing complex TSQL queries, tables, views, functions, stored procedures, indexes, and trigger using Microsoft SQL ServerExperience data mining tools and languages such as R, Python, Orange, SPSS, RapidMiner, DataRobot or others.Develop and maintain new or existing online analytical processing (OLAP) for new business intelligence modulesData SecurityExperience integrating applications to Single Sign-OnExperience with At Rest Data Encryptions principalsExperience with Azure and AWS environments for data management and data miningStrong communication skills and ability to establish and maintain positive working relationshipsExperience with presenting complex material to a variety of stakeholders with varying ranges of familiarity with the subject matterApplication of practices and techniques to understanding a variety of workforce topicsSTG International, Inc (STGi) is a workforce solutions company providing comprehensive healthcare delivery, Head Start and management consulting services and human capital solutions help our clients.
