About theA' Operations/Finance AnalystA' positionWe are looking for an experienced Operations/Finance Analyst to help us with project overview, financial oversight, planning, directing and coordinating our company's operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with improving efficiency, performance, and overall productivity, as well as working closely with Accounting/Finance. In this position, you will report directly to the General Manager. Job duties vary greatly based on daily projects and priorities but will include critical involvement in a broad variety of corporate activities. The ideal candidate is fast and flexible with a "can-do"A' mindset, positive attitude and comes to the table with solutions when problems arise.Operations/Finance Analyst responsibilities are:Review and reconcile budgetA' A' A' A' A' Project analysis to include programmatic and financial componentsProvide support to the General Manager as and when requiredSupport the General Manager in managing and resolving operational issuesSupport with financial/accounting dutiesA' Manage, store, and retrieve corporate documents and reports when neededAssist with team alignment and project updatesOperations/Finance AnalystA' requirements are:3+ years' experience in an Operations position3+ years' experience with business and financial/budget proceduresExcellent understanding of organizational, effectiveness and operationsBasic IT skills, including experience with databases, MS Office (strong Microsoft Excel skills). QuickBooks is a PLUSStrong communication and organizational skills with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organizationProblem solving and multi-tasking skillsBS degree in operations management or other related area is a PLUS
