WANTED: An experiencedA' SAP Security Administrative Specialist/AnalystA' with demonstrated experience in program security support.As aA' Security Administrative Specialist/AnalystA' you will:Perform administrative and security tasks to support the JS SAPCO, J-3, J-8, and COCOMs with the application of SAP and ACCM policy and proceduresSupport administration and handling of SAP and ACCM material and informationSupport SAP access requests, visit requests, information technology systems and support to oversight and compliance processesReceive a robust benefits package that includes Employee Stock Ownership Plan!Enjoy being in an organization where Program Managers are highly valued, work independently and in a culture of accountabilityA' A week in the life of aA' SAP Security Administrative Specialist/Analyst:Provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the JS SAPCO by providing staff knowledgeable in all aspects of NISPOM, ICD, and JS SAP security arenas to answer questions, analyze situations, and provide recommendations to the JS SAPCO and COCOM elements and customersSupport may include answering calls and fielding questions from other program personnel, managing fax processing (send/receive), logging transactions, developing and managing CUAs, preparing transportation plans, providing courier training and credentials, facility safeguarding and construction support, and personnel security requirements.Utilize SharePoint, much like a Help Desk Ticket tracker, to provide a continual flow of requests, status and actions takenA' REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Three (3) to five (5) years demonstrated special access program (SAP) support knowledge. This experience should have been achieved within the past seven (7) years and documented on resume to ensure validity.Bachelor's DegreeExcellent writing and speaking skillsA' ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:TS/SCI ClearanceAll personnel who handle PII must complete Protection of Personally Identifiable Information and if accessed to JPAS, personnel must complete JPAS Training for Security ProfessionalsPreference may be given to applications with the following DoD Certifications or Training such as:A' DSSA Course SAP Mid-Level Security Management, DSSA Course Introduction to Special Access Programs, STO Planning and Decision Aid (PDAS Operators Course, and STO Planners Course).
