The Senior Consultant - Business Systems Analyst will work directly with federal clients to provide support in project management, process improvement, research and analysis, requirements elicitation, and testing. The Senior Consultant will employ a data-driven strategy to develop processes, metrics and functional requirements for clients and identify and recommend improvements. Roles and ResponsibilitiesBusiness AnalysisA' Experience taking a lead role in assisting with the business case and scope of new projects. Elicit software requirements for new software or software updates. Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and developers. Build test plans and test cases. Lead user testing and consolidate feedback into defects and new requirements.Business Process ReengineeringInterview stakeholders to map current state of business processes and identify solutions.Develop solutions to increase efficiency or other desired outcomes.Implement solutions and provide communication and management support to stakeholders.Measure success or recommendations.CommunicationProvide strategic and tactical marketing and communication support to senior client leadership for initiatives and projects.Draft communication on behalf of senior client leadership.Serve as key point of contact for division-wide projects.Qualifications:A$ A' "A' ?Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience or a Master's Degree plus 5 years of experience Experience creating and reviewing appropriate artifacts in an Agile environment (Schedules, Test Plans, Sprint Report Cards, Spring Plans, Backlogs, etc.) required.Experience facilitating discussions and briefing senior managers required.Agile Certification (CSM, CSPO) preferred.Must be able to pass an extensive federal background check.
