Paradyme Management is looking to hire a Software Tester for a full-time position supporting the development, maintenance, and sustainment of a Globally Deployed PeopleSoft Human Capital Management System.A' The PeopleSoft Tester should be experienced with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 or higher.A' The Software Tester will help validate aspects of software developed for the purpose of repairing software defects or to deploy new and improved feature enhancements.A' Candidates should have a good understanding of common HCM business processes. PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) is a big plus. Experience working in an Agile Kanban environment with a rigorous release schedule.A' The Software Tester must be able to perform and design test cases and testing of information systems, including the design and test of application architecture, database and interfaces. It would a benefit to possess understanding and experience testing Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) based interfaces.
