JOB SUMMARY Performs routine customer service phone support to client specific needs. Work is performed under regular supervision. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES a? cents Responds to requests and calls from customers related to client specific programs and products a? cents Identifies and responds to customer''s needs based on designated procedures of account/client a? cents Makes attempts to resolve issues and deescalate issues of irate or dissatisfied clients a? cents Escalates calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate a? cents Responds to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations a? cents Tracks call related information of each call received for auditing and reporting purposes a? cents Provides feedback reports on call issues related to downtime and/or training issues OTHER RELATED DUTIES a? cents Escalates calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate a? cents Maintains and updates customer information as necessary a? cents Provides support and assistance as needed a? cents Up-sells to customer upgrades as necessary a? cents May perform other client specific duties as necessary and required by program/account a? cents Other duties as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education and Experience: a? cents a? cents High School Diploma or GED required; graduation from a college with an Associate''s degree preferred a? cents Customer service experience a? cents Phone related customer service a? cents Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications a? cents May require client specific bilingual language requirement, as necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: a? cents Knowledge of product/procedures a? cents Ability to use phone and computer systems a? cents Customer service skills a? cents Strong interpersonal skills a? cents Excellent oral and written communication skills a? cents Strong listening/comprehension skills a? cents Ability to stay composed and objective a? cents Patience/empathetic a? cents Mental Acuity a? cents Conversational a? cents Confident/Assertive a? cents Demonstrate a positive attitude Work Environment: a? cents Constant work performed in a climate controlled, call-center environment a? cents Constant usage of phone and computer systems Physical Demands: a? cents Constant sedentary work ABOUT ALORICA Alorica is an equal opportunity employer and committed to diversity in its workforce.
