We are a growing company! With more than 70 retail locations, Blossman Gas is America's largest, independent propane company. Due to our culture, these positions have very little turnover. Our Branch Administrators are the primary, first line of contact for our customers. They answer the phones, regularly work with computer point-of-sale software to post payments, schedule gas deliveries and other services, and promote/sell Blossman's core line of appliances and services. This particular position will be temporary with an opportunity to turn to permanent status with operational need and good performance. Normal work hours will include less than 30 hours per week, M-F.The position requires someone with a professional, friendly demeanor who likes working in a fast-paced, retail setting. Possessing solid computer skills and the ability to learn new software are needed. Prior A/R, customer care, and scheduling experience are needed.**Our office remains busy throughout the year but the winter demands for propane intensifies the number of calls and requests from customers so someone with solid organizational skills is a must. A strong commitment to safety, consistent with company policy, is also important. Pay will depend on prior experience. A quarterly bonus opportunity and limited benefits are included.
