Lindsay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Manassas VA is currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Service Center Business Development Team. This position is ideal for an energetic individual that enjoys technology, interacting with people, and working in a fast-paced high energy environment. This position is also a great foot in the door for the automotive industry as well as customer service. Even if you have little or no automotive experience, our training will teach you the skills you need to succeed. Job Responsibility: * Receive ALL inbound calls to the Service Departments (350+ daily) in addition to text chat and email. * Set service appointments and arrange any other necessary details (ie parts, rental, pricing, recall verification. * Identifying customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions * Maintain a friendly and efficient manner while answering customer's questions and providing general or related service information over the phone. * Document the details of each conversation with the customer input all information in dealerships database. * Conduct customer satisfaction calls following the service visit or sales experience * Identify and escalate priority issues * Assist with other duties, as assigned. Job Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS: * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience with phones or Telemarketing experience in the following fields: automotive, business development, customer service, (preferable). * Efficient typing, emailing, and texting skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. * First-class verbal, written and communication skills including the ability to initiate dialogue with BDC Manager and communicate effectively and efficiently. * Preferable knowledge of working Microsoft Word, computer literate/knowledge, data entry skills.
