Sales Support Specialist Job OverviewUltimate Staffing is seeking an energetic and customer focused individual to join an establish organization in Howard County! In the role of Sales Support Specialist , you will responsible for supporting the sales department by answering customer inquiries and managing customer databases. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and motivated to contribute to the outcomes of the organization. This position provides fantastic opportunities to grow within a dynamic team! Responsibilities: Maintain a cheerful attitude while answering all inbound calls and addressing customer or sales team needsAnswer all customer email inquiries promptly to resolve any complaint or issue Answering questions about pricing and customization optionsSupport sales staff by completing and processing orders and keeping senior staff informed of any issues Ensure the sales team is on track to meet month-end goals and share innovative lead generating ideasProviding a high level of customer and quoting supportEstablish active communication and engagement with all other departments to help out where necessaryCollaborate effectively with the sales team in day to day operationsQualifications:Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills At least 3 years of experience in Customer Care and/or Sales Support Ability to work within Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent attention to detail Ability to work in a collaborative, team dynamicStrong interpersonal skills We are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
