A Customer Service Representative (CSR) spends 100% of his/her time on the phone answering questions to help Team Members meet their customers' needs and help them succeed financially. A successful Customer Service Representative will demonstrate Exceptional customer experience on every call Reliable attendance Self-motivation A positive attitude The ability to work well on a team Willingness to accept coaching and feedback *Required Qualifications* 1+ years of experience interacting with customers Must be available to attend a paid training course Sept 23 - Nov 15. Training hours are Monday through Friday from 8 00 am to 5 30 pm Weekday hours are 8 00 am to 8 00 pm and Saturday hours are 9 00 am to 3 00 pm *Desired Qualifications* Experience processing complex transactions and performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information 2+ years of customer service experience Experience meeting customer service or customer satisfaction goals Ability to perform in a fast-paced and high pressure phone queue environment Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information, and comprehending customer issues *Job Expectations* Must be able to attend full duration of required training period Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: $11.00 to $13.00 /hour
