Job Description:- Manage portfolio of customers who placed orders via the web and phone. Develop relationships with customers built on trust- Utilize Sales force to manage contact and activities with customers via phone and email- Make daily outbound calls to existing customers, as well as create relationships with new ones to follow-up with orders, billing, shipping, cross-sell, and troubleshoot- Meet sales, service performance, call handling metrics, and quality standards- Articulate accurate information regarding orders, products, financing, policy, procedure, account status, and marketing promotions- Summarize each interaction to delight customers and to ensure customer satisfaction- Utilize Guitar Center University to learn about music instruments and accessories- Maintain timely follow-up with customers as outlined by management- Assist with order / back order management when needed and troubleshoot orders with problems- Execute special projects and additional duties as assigned.Qualifications Needed:1-3 years of customer service experienceMusic backgroundFamiliar with Microsoft Office SuiteAbout Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
