North Spring Behavioral Healthcare is a leading provider of inpatient and outpatient services for children and adolescents. Nestled in scenic Loudoun County and nearby historic Leesburg, our facility contains an 87-bed Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility, a 16-bed Acute Psychiatric Hospital and outpatient services provided through our Partial Hospital Program. Future expansion plans include adding 24 beds to our Acute Psychiatric Hospital. We are seeking a strong HR Generalist to join our growing facility. Partnering with the Human Resources Director, the HR Generalist is an active participant in recruiting, retention and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with strong desire to grow and affect change. This is a very visible role with frequent visitor contact so strong customer skills are required. Essential Job Duties: Provides support for the Director of Human Resources for the entire employment life cycle with a focus on personnel chart creation and maintenance. Assists CEO with administrative tasks as needed. Assists the Director of Human Resources and others with the administration of employee engagement programs. Assists with benefits, training, direct deposit, leave administration and related HR areas including answering employee questions. Assists Accounts Payable office with supply ordering. Maintains office related systems which enhance administrative effectiveness of operations including but not limited to facility copiers, postage machine and laminator. Performs delegated functions appropriate to the position. Provides administrative support to other department heads as directed by the Director of Human Resources or CEO. Greets guests arriving at the Administrative Building (Manor House) following policy regarding security and Service Excellence standards. Job Requirements Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources. May substitute HR degree with relevant experience. Prior experience in healthcare human resources is required. Good computer skills are required, especially Excel. SHRM-CP and/or PHR certification is a plus Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
