Door Pro America, Inc., a leading national building products dealer with locations nationwide is seeking a full time customer service associate to work in our Gainesville, VA corporate office. Duties: Answer incoming call's Enter customer orders Schedule appointments, Resolve customer complaints and assist with other administrative, office and clerical functions. High school diploma or equivalent and experience in customer service. Excellent customer service skills, strong written, verbal and organizational skills, use of computer technology and passion for customer care required.
