The attorney hired will have significant individual responsibilities in all aspects of the commercial and business litigation. Responsibilities will include managing cases; drafting and preparing pleadings, motions and oppositions; conducting research; preparing discovery; taking and defending depositions; preparing for trial. Licensure in Maryland is required. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' of litigation experience.
