The recruiter position is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and referring applicants for all open positions throughout DCS. This position must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all specialized functions within the company, a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of internal policies and procedures, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices. As a Salesforce consulting firm, it's key that the recruiter candidate is able and wanting to stay on top of the latest trends in Salesforce consulting In this role you will be responsible for Use current ATS to develop and maintain a talent pipeline. Manage current candidate activity in ATS. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and recruit upper level talent. Source active and passive candidates from a variety of traditional and nontraditional resources and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking and research. Drive applicant traffic by listing job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career page, and other possible channels. Create documentation for recruiting processes. Complete weekly report on talent pipeline and potential talent markets. Requirements: - At least 2-4 years prior work experience - Experience with basic office software (Google Apps, Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint) - Strong sourcing and pipeline building experience. - Enjoys creating and maintaining order - Concise and effective communication with superior email, phone, and interpersonal skills - Relationship Management Preferred: - Bachelor's degree - Familiarity with Salesforce - Personal warmth, enthusiasm, and a service-oriented personality - Excellent people skills, verbal communication skills, and a high emotional IQ
