Position Summary: The Director, C4ISR Sales will work within the C4ISR Vertical and to grow and expand C4ISR market share and revenue. The Director, C4ISR Sales, will support the team by providing subject matter expertise (SME), business development activities, product demonstrations and RFQ response assistance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: DOD C4ISR: Provide support in expanding FR's presence within C4ISR market. Act as SME for technologies/capabilities within the C4ISR mission and make recommendations/changes to FR's current offerings Act as a subject matter expertise (SME) to provide support across other sales verticals with respect to C4ISR products and services sold and provided by Federal Resources. Work closely with current the Director, C4ISR Sales to grow Federal Resources' US Army C4ISR market share through building/rounding out existing C4ISR product offerings/portfolio and help prepare business plan to increase sales. Work with training vertical to identify US Army C4ISR customer training capability gaps. Provide product improvement and development to Federal Resource core vendors. Support C4ISR Vertical in preparing sales quotes, sourcing new products. Engage rolodex - Begin making calls to all contacts engaged in the C4ISR, Navy/USMC/USAF/USA C4ISR, to let them know new role and arrange sit down capability briefings. Work with existing network to expand FR's knowledge of what products/capabilities within C4ISR markets. Develop and take ownership of new customers. FR C4ISR Vertical Capability Offerings Participate annual review of FR C4ISR product/technology offerings and make recommendations for inclusion/deletion. Perform due diligence and research on leading technologies/vendors and start reaching out to them to expand our product offering portfolio. New Markets/Customers Introduce FR capabilities to new potential programs/customers to include products outside of C4ISR specific (ie EOD, MRO, CBRNe) To include Federal Agency and DOD end users with similar C4ISR missions and requirements. Supervisory Responsibilities: . Manage and direct US Army C4ISR Sales Representatives in their daily duties/responsibilities. . Responsible for US Army C4ISR sales strategy, to ensure that the Director, C4ISR Sales Strategy is maintained and implemented. . Provide direct support to US Army C4ISR Sales team to ensure that each sale representative meets or exceeds their yearly Revenue and GP goals. Experience, Education, Certifications: . A minimum of five to ten years of prior sales management and C4ISR experience required. . Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field or equivalent work experience. Competencies: . In-depth understanding of the sales process. . Excellent interpersonal and team management skills. . Strong analytical and organizational skills. . Current knowledge of current and future US Army C4ISR requirements. . In-depth understanding of the US Army organizational structure Computer Skills: . Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite. . Hands on experience with CRM and ERP software.
