( SP ) is seeking to add a well-qualified Help Desk Administrator with a background in providing help desk support to our team as we expand our small, dynamic, group of biometrics help desk administrators supporting the Near Real-time Identity Operations (NRTIO) collection systems. This is an opportunity to support the Army's authority for biometrics, Project Management Office DoD Biometrics, with the day-to-day support of tactical biometrics collection devices and peripherals. This includes answering phones, logging tickets, following up on requests for assistance and elevating tickets to a higher priority level if required to resolve the issue. These important biometric systems within the Customer's biometric portfolio give soldiers the decisive edge on the battlefield. You will work in a small team at a Contractor site in Manassas, VA. Each day you and your fellow team members will work with the Prime contractor, customer, and field representatives to: Provide Tier 1-3 support to the NRTIO systems and, ultimately, to PM DoD Biometrics Customer in support of on-going military collection operations.
