In this role, you will collaborate with the management team to formulate and implement an operating model for the business. The ideal candidate will have prior experience building successful businesses and a strong passion for collaborating with others to build something great Building the primary revenue generation machine for Cloudline: . Develop and execute operations and supplier management strategies to ensure on-time delivery of product. . Develop and manage a proprietary brand supply chain in collaboration with our product development team. . Assume ownership and accountability of our business processes and performance, from strategic planning to tactical operations. . Collaborate with our Supply Chain team in the support of bids and proposals, ensure that proper cost accounting practices are in place and cost variations are identified and resolved in a timely manner. . Build a team that can support the needs of this growing business. . Establish a strategic planning process that optimizes use of working capital, utilization of resources, and drive integrated executive alignment to improve customer satisfaction, market share, and profit. . Develop and meet departmental budgets. . Understand the drivers of operating costs as a percentage of revenue and maintain consensus with executive leadership and alignment with overall strategic plan. . Manage operations development within planned CapEx budget. . Analyze performance issues to identify causal relationship underlying operating performance and provide actionable insight. . Ensure that all Safety, Health and Environmental standards are implemented and followed by the Operations team. . Collaborate with the Technology team to assure current and future automation needs are planned and roadmapped to support the growth trajectory of the business. You'll need to be agile: . Bachelors degree from an accredited university . 5years' operations management experience in an operating environment (retail or operations management consulting a strong plus). . Demonstrated ability to collaborate with executive leaders to set a strategy paired with ability to deliver results in required timeframe within budget. . Experience managing within expense budget and demonstrated experience in collaboration to achieve superior financial results. . Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions and able to define metrics, instrument their measurement, and lead a team to hit them. . Demonstrated business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives. . Experience in leading teams and developing people in a creative and entrepreneurial environment. . Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; strong multitasker with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a stressful environment. Ability to juggle several assignments simultaneously. . Strong passion for testing, data and metrics, curiosity and belief in discovering insights in data. . Comfortable in an environment where flexibility, resourcefulness, and adaptability to changing needs and demands are required. . Highly proficient with computer equipment including PC's, iPhone and iPad, and the Microsoft Office suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook as well as G-Suite. . Highly resilient and mature and can flexibly move from task to task and priority to priority moving all initiatives forward in unison. You'll love working at Cloudline because: .
