Greenlots is seeking a Software Project Manager to join our team We are looking for a qualified Project Manager (PM) to provide infrastructure requirements and management support. You will be part of an onsite team providing software development services in support of our products. Current activities would include, but not be limited to - brokering technical requirements to our developers, managing customer expectations, working to define requirements, develop schedules and manage project plans. You will work with our development team and our clients to achieve the objectives of the project they are assigned to. You will be expected to use the Project Management Framework (PMF) to manage their projects to include Agile methodology. You are responsible for the overall management of the specific projects and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner. You are responsible for all aspects of the project including schedules, documentation preparation and customer interaction. You are expected to have extensive ability to clearly present information; read and interpret complex information; interact with customers; listen well and work through others to obtain results. What You'll Do: Supporting ongoing Agile software development efforts (including holding daily meetings, prioritize development efforts, communicate with developers and engineers on a routine basis, and establish clear deadlines) Interface directly with the client and development team to ideate, prioritize and deliver frictionless customer experiences Serving as the key point person to ensure that problems are identified and addressed early Engage in project estimations Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve unit economics through reducing transaction cost What We're Looking For: Solid technical background Experience with SAAS product development Experience with Agile development and history of delivering Can plan a development sprint using communication tools like JIRA, Slack, and Confluence Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Nice to Haves: Highly respected and well connected. Has exceptional educational experience and up to three years of relevant project management training. Extremely detail-oriented and exhibits outstanding judgment and professionalism. Thrives in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment with a broad-based set of responsibilities. Resourceful; work independently in an entrepreneurial environment. Adaptability to thrive in both individual and team environments; highly developed "EQ."
