Job Title: Payroll Analyst Location: Rockville, MD Required Experience: ADP Payforce, Workday HR and Financial, 3 to 5 years payroll processing for at least 1,000 employees (multi state), 3 years payroll experience General ledger accounting entries and analysis for all payroll transactions including 401k, equity taxes, and ESPP. Knowledge of Federal and State regulations. Customer Service Focus Tax filings Excel and Power point knowledge Nice to Have(Not Required): CPP preferred FPP or CPP Typical Job Functions: Process and review payrolls for national and international employees. Perform filing, and mail sorting, assist in completing the request from the mail, and email box. Assist with the Tax portal request in ADP. Provide internal and external auditors payroll information as needed. Work with Human Resources and other departments. Assist in Monthly and year end projects and other activities. Review and work on W2s for accuracy. Assist with the eTime tracking system, and Short Term Disability pays. Assist in updating standard operating procedures. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
