Production Coordinator Mortgage Looking for an organized, fast thinking, and energetic Production Coordinator to support a very busy origination team in the greater McLean, VA area. The right individual will be organized, pro-active, composed and able to handle multiple tasks at the same time. This role will have daily, weekly and monthly tasks and background work to keep the business moving so that we can get out and perform the most important function of a thriving mortgage team, developing business. The right person will be the liaison between the senior team, the client and the loan coordinator. This is a chance to own your role in a positive team environment. You are welcome to bring your own production as well. Looking for someone with experience with the following skills: Oversee all aspects of a transaction from initial contact, application, conditions, appraisals, as well as all steps up to and including the closing. Understanding program guidelines in order to answer realtor questions and assist recommendations to clients. Manage leads, client interviews and excellent customer service as the "voice" of the team in customer service.
