Manages the selection and hiring process of candidates to meet organization staffing requirements. Manages internal customer relationships to drive staffing health on programs Develops staffing plans, sourcing strategies and leverages enterprise partnerships and resources to maximize results Manges production goals of the team to include hires, days to fill and customer service Manages priority positions and critical needs 10-12 years of combined experience as a lead, client facing recruiter and/or TA manager Hands on recruiting experience at least eight years Experience in both cleared and uncleared programs Demonstrated experience supporting high volume hiring needs Experience interacting with leadership at the managerial level Excellent written & verbal communication skills Ability to run effective meetings to include delegation of tasks to completion
