Working across TriMarkA$ cents A' €A' (TM) s industry leading food equipment, distribution and restaurant design business, the Analyst will support profitable growth of TriMark Adams Burch by conducting analyses of category and customer profitability and translating these analyses into actions for TriMark sales and project teams. Analyst will support the development of profitability data sets on an ongoing basis and will be responsible for sense checking and scrubbing data for accuracy.A' Analyst will develop the starting factbase for divisions, highlighting key trends or opportunities and developing hypotheses for how to improve profitability.A' Analyst will support profitability initiatives with pricing analysis, financial analysis, distribution / project deep-dives and category management reviews.A' Analyst will support the ongoing project management and tracking of actions identified through the work at the division level.A' A' Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesManage data input and output using home-grown business profitability toolsManage reporting relating to customer profitability and margin targetsProvide management reports and presentations to illustrate division, segment, customer, category, project and item profitabilityProvide recommendations and hypotheses on actions to improve profitability based on these reportsSubject matter expert in the use of business profitability tools and processes for the divisional management, project and sales teamFacilitate and manage ongoing account review process and action tracking A cents € " provide updates for overall profitability impactsSupport pricing 'deal deskA$ cents A' €A' (TM) decisions by analyzing current pricing vs. benchmarks and assessing impact of potential changesAudit applications and processes to ensure data integrityDevelop and maintain reports that support profitability analysis and trackingWork with IT Liaisons to define data requirements for corporate-wide reporting systemsPerform ad hoc projects, analyses and data extractions as assignedA' Competencies, Skills and AbilitiesExpertise in Microsoft Excel a mustExcellent analytical skills and understanding of corporate financial dataStrong written and verbal communication skillsMust be well organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize tasksExperience with Tableau and/or Alteryx a plusPresentations skills / experience a plusA' Education & ExperienceBachelor's degreeRelated occupational experience
