Our Area Leaders are charged with building high performing teams by providing day to day coaching, training + development. They oversee all aspects of operations management, people planning + deployment, and fiscal compliance for approximately 4-6 Shops. Additionally, they ensure high quality food, food safety, service, cleanliness, + maximum profitability. THE GIG Achieves + maintains operational excellence which includes a high functioning, engaged team; serving food that delivers on our brand promise, + consistently achieve strong results Maintains + drives high standards + expectations for food quality, food safety, service + cleanliness by empowering teams to take ownership for their Shop + treat it like their own Regularly visits Shops, works shoulder to shoulder with the team, + leverages visits to monitor operations + adherence to standards, develop + coach leadership team, + take the pulse of the team Accountable for all aspects of performance as well as responsibility for cash assets + P+L performance Leads weekly market meetings to discuss results, reinforce standards or introduce new operational procedures + upcoming promotions, + lead talent planning (staffing, training, development + succession) Cultivates a culture of appreciation + readily shows appreciation to team for their efforts + contributions Readily identifies high potential employees + successfully develops them for increasingly challenging roles Digs into employee/customer concerns + feedback + works diligently to resolve them Ensures compliance with all Company policies + procedures THE MUST HAVES 5 years of restaurant operations experience that includes at least 3 years in a multi-unit operations role High School Diploma or GED preferred; or commensurate combination of education + work experience Fanatical about serving amazing food + people Elevates the experience by creating a culture that appeals to high performers, where everyone is empowered to hold themselves + each other accountable to high standards Effectively performs every role in the Shop + can clearly articulate how the role supports operations, service, people + overall results Understands their success is ultimately dependent on that of their teams Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Outlook, Word, + some Excel Solid multitasker, organized with attention to detail + focused on getting the job done Thrives in a fast paced, high pressure environment Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and/or holidays, as well as work weeks that may at times exceed 40 hours Must be at least 21 years of age WHAT WE'RE SERVING UP Competitive pay, bonus + benefits Be a part of a growing brand - we're opening 24 Shops next year &swag you'll want to sport &pizza is an Equal Opportunity Employer
