Position Summary Our Creative department is seeking an experienced and talented Senior Web Designer. The Senior Web Designer position is responsible for creating, publishing, as well as providing maintenance on customer facing web pages, emails, and lead generation projects, etc. The ideal candidate must be highly-organized and detail-oriented as they would normally be involved in multiple projects. The Senior Web Designer also serves as a consultant on UI/UX, Web Functionality, and visual direction for large scale marketing initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities Design web graphics for product pages, landing pages, banners, emails, and other digital efforts as required. Code Web Applications. Conceptualize better customer web experiences. Debug issues with web pages, applications, and e-mails. Work with outside vendors and companies to achieve company initiatives. Mentor junior designers and production staff in processes, guidelines, and creative direction. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in related profession/field. 3-5 years of experience required working with a creative team, web design, development and production. Strong understanding of HTML and basic front-end web programming. Proficient knowledge of CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, UX Front-end design, relevant industry trends, and Microsoft Office Applications. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite on both MAC and PC platforms Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of CreativeShare archiving. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Proven ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including solid proofing skills.
