What You Will Do: Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room Full-Time -Rotating Shift Glen Burnie, Maryland The circulating nurse cares for patients before, during and after surgery. Some nurses will prepare the patient for surgery, others serve during the actual procedure and additional nurses work in the recovery area. The Circulating nurse acts a runner and helps wherever needed. This Nurse is responsible for is walking around the perimeter of the room and monitoring of everything going on in the OR. Currently licensed as an RN in the state of Maryland. 1-2 years of Operating Room experience. Experience as a circulating or scrub OR Nurse in an inpatient facility, outpatient surgical office or other environment performing surgical services to patients. CNOR preferred.
