Artur'In closed a $6.5MM Series A round in 2018 and we are expanding to the US. Job description To build its sales teams and support its US growth, Artur'In is looking for exceptional Sales talent. We are looking for entrepreneurial, energetic and ambitious sales professionals, with a passion for helping small businesses become more competitive. You will be task with sharing Artur'Ins marketing automation solutions with small businesses prospects. You will be interacting with real estate agents, insurance agents, brokers, accountants, opticians, car dealers, gyms and fitness We are looking for candidates with sales experience in selling online marketing solutions to SMBs and have a deep understanding of social networks. Hit your number Work as a team Grow and learn Be exceptional Have fun Responsibilities (what You'll Do) Own and manage a pipeline of clients ranging from realtors to CPAs to owners- all organized in our CRM (Salesforce) Educate, strategize, and successfully sell Artur'In solution through a high volume of outbound sales calls - this role is 100% phone based. Become an expert in adapting product recommendations quickly to suit client needs - asking probing questions and overcoming customer objections and rejection will be critical to your success. Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals- strong work ethic and tenacity are key! Stay organized and manage your time effectively in order to complete your daily goals- you know that sales is a numbers game and you're here to win. What We're Looking For in an Inside Sales Representative: You have an appetite for learning! You're keen on turning training and feedback into action and continuous self-improvement- you don't take rejection personally. You are committed to a high standard of integrity and being a team-player is important to you. You're an excellent listener, assertive, persistent, and persuasive - show us your grit! You are genuinely curious about people, local businesses, and possess the innate ability to inspire passion in others- you can't wait to show everyone the value of Yelp. You are adaptable and can think on your feet. When faced with new challenges, or tough conversations, failure simply isn't an option. Must-Haves For An Inside Sales Representative GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer facing experience or; AA Degree and 1+ years of customer facing experience or; BA/BS Degree Excellent written and verbal communication skills - no fear of the phone General computer and email proficiency Positive attitude Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time within a fast-paced environment Must possess current US work authorization What You'll Get Deep knowledge on how to sell a Soft-as-a-Service product to B2B prospects. An in-depth understanding of businesses can leverage artificial intelligence across their social networks to generate more leads to grow their business. The ability to prospect, demo, and close in a high paced environment Proficiency in sales tools The more you succeed the more responsibility you will get quickly!
