It will help you transition out of the classroom setting or out of your current unit and into the OR by providing you with the following training: 10 weeks classroom, self-study, skills & simulations 12 weeks preceptorship Certifications: ECG, TeamSTEPPS, BLS/ACLS After StaRN, you will transition into our Professional Development Residency: 9 month program factored into a full time position in the OR You will learn Charge Nurse and Preceptor skills You will collaborate with a mentor to complete an evidence based Capstone Project (4 hours a month) Your project has an opportunity to gain recognition by corporate for further recognition WHAT BENEFITS DO WE OFFER? You may apply and be offered a position prior to graduating. Graduate of an accredited nursing school required. Experience: Acute hospital RN care experience highly preferred. Exposure/experience in Intensive Care or Emergency setting preferred.
