The Account Manager will work as the liaison between Travel Leaders Network and the company's preferred Supplier partners including Destination, Resort, Cruise, Tour and other Land partners as assigned. The Marketing Account Manager will be responsible for developing, managing and implementing marketing plans and promotions to increase Preferred Supplier Partner revenue, exposure, awareness and education. Responsibilities Program Development Create Preferred Supplier Partner annual marketing budgets to increase exposure, education and marketing execution Monitor and adjust marketing activities; continually review programs and suggest improvements throughout the year as deemed necessary to maximize partnerships Lead and direct marketing campaigns and work with marketing team on other marketing initiatives as needed including print and online Evaluate marketing campaigns and track ROI Work with Creative Team members (Designers and Copywriters) on the development of creative marketing materials for all respective destination and supplier partners Works with the Industry Relations team to receive contracted marketing funding/terms Engage with other Marketing Account Managers to develop and execute marketing initiatives which are co-partnered with other supplier partners Responsible for all communication of programs to internal teams and Members to ensure engagement and support including extranet updates, training calls, mailings and more Work with the Manager of Destinations and Resort Program Manager and other Marketing Staff as appropriate to secure and manage preferred destination and product supplier partnerships Work with Event Planning team to ensure Preferred Supplier Partner participation at regional and annual meetings is maximized Handle all Agency/Member inquiries regarding Preferred Supplier Partner products and promotions Execute multiple marketing plans (10) simultaneously Other duties as assigned Budget Management Obtain budget amounts and manage all facets within the revenue/expense parameters Compile final budgets; produce program analysis and performance recaps for partners Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Tourism, Business Administration or equivalent (required) 4 years post-college marketing experience Self-motivated with the strong initiative to work independently Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, complex partnerships and large program budgets Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment Exemplified development of creative programs that deliver on business goals. Demonstrated strong communication and/or sales skills with a variety of audiences Computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, word processing, database and spreadsheet software Must be extremely organized and able to work on many programs simultaneously Experience in the travel and/or tourism industry a plus
