A highly competitive salary, incentive compensation, benefits package and excellent opportunity for career growth await you!OverviewPCM Services seeks an organized and driven sales professional with experience in commercial property management or in the construction trades industries.The Account Executive is responsible for generating revenue and delivering sales in the DC Metro area, specifically focusing on growing PCM's footprint in a targeted area. The ability to develop new relationships while maintaining existing relationships within the PCM customer base will be critical to your success in this role. By working collaboratively with PCM's operations teams and customers you will help identify needs and design solutions to support customers on their sites. The Account Executive connects with multiple internal and external constituents throughout the sales process and will need to be able to interact with tact, develop internal and external relationships, and work as part of a service team to meet customer needs.We offer a competitive base salary, generous commission compensation and monthly vehicle allowance, plus a gas card.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop customer specific growth plans with tactics that align with our corporate sales strategies and are focused on exceeding sales goals. Identify, qualify, and prioritize sales opportunities.Effectively utilize resources like to track and monitor sales activities as well as manage sales pipeline and evaluate trends.Sell entire portfolio of services and build effective knowledge of our various services, customers, competitors, and the commercial real estate market.Establish and build long term trusted relationships. Participate in company networking opportunities, call or email blitzes and campaigns.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree and/or a combination of education and experience1-3 years' experience in sales, preferably in a construction or skilled trade environmentExperience with or other CRM applicationStrong proficiency in Microsoft applicationsMust have valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record and reliable vehicleA$ A' "A' ?We OfferCompetitive base salary of $70,000 to $80,000, plus generous uncapped commission packageMonthly vehicle allowance, plus gas cardComprehensive employee benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life & disability insuranceFlexible Spending, Dependent Care and Health Savings accountsTuition reimbursement
