Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: A' User-centric mentality with superior customer relationship and communication skills A' Familiarity with TCP/IP switching and routing concepts A' Familiarity with Linux operating systems A' Superior problem solving abilities A' Able to self-manage, self-motivate, and meet deadlines A' The desire and technical aptitude to continuously learn new technologies A' Able to thrive in a team-first environment and maintain focus on individual tasks A' Must be a US citizen Job Duties: A' Assist in supporting all laptops, desktops, servers, virtual machines, firewalls, routers, switches, access points, other hardware, and software to maintain 24/7 access for teammates and training operations A' Troubleshoot network, system performance, and security issues A' Provide technical support as needed / on-call A' Work with the IT team on tasks and projects to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience A' Build, deploy, and support lab environments for a wide variety of technical courses
