Just a block away from Davis Sq(Red Line) in Somerville, MA.About The OpportunityYou will work closely and collaboratively with Product Directors to update and groom the product backlog with your team. This work involves ensuring backlog items are correctly prioritized, organized, and are accurate to ensure team efficiency.Your product focus area may include Payments Processing, Online Fundraising, and International Fundraising.You will be expected to analyze user problems, assess user/customer needs, document conditions of acceptance and collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders.You will identify and negotiate minimum viable product solutions that will provide the highest value to current and prospective customers.You will conduct user interviews, competitor analysis, and evaluate sales opportunities.You will support team members in whatever task or role necessary to help deliver team commitments, solve problems or resolve impediments to keep the project on track.You will be a positive voice and evangelist for our company products, services and tools.What You NeedPrevious experience working with a nonprofit organizationsExperience with payment gateways and processors, fundraising products, international fundraising, or accounting software2+ years of product management and/or online fundraising experienceCertified Scrum Product Owner or ScrumMasterExperience working with a Scrum team or agile development shopExperience with Salesforce, Blackbaud CRM, Luminate Online, Engaging NetworksCompensation, Perks, and BenefitsThis is a full-time, direct-hire, permanent opportunity with strong health benefits, a highly competitive salary(we don't typically come short on salary ask), and a bunch of PTO.Connect and Engage With Us on Social MediaLinkedIn:
