Consistently meet and exceed monthly quotas and meet KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) Full life cycle, inside sales from first conversation to close Make a high volume of sales calls to new and active prospects Building and maintaining strong rapport over the phone with potential clients to uncover prospect needs and give a strong presentation over the phone Persistence is key - consistent follow up with potential clients to negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits Ability to organize work day and be proactive with time management Base salary offered at $40k with uncapped commissions on top (OTE $70k - $75k at 100% to quota) 2 - 3 weeks of training up front, followed by two month of 'on the job' training working closely with a team lead or manager Set career path in place - ability to receive first promotion in 6 - 12 months Full corporate suite of benefits included Prior experience in sales, recruiting, canvassing or fundraising preferred Bachelor's degree preferred Our client is an international SaaS based marketing & advertising firm, working in 10 countries helping their clients gain visibility in their niche marketplaces to help build their clientel and increase revenue.
