Job DescriptionTPM Group is seeking a highly experienced, responsible, managerial andsupervisory Project Manager with significant FF&E experience to develop and oversee the implementation of a Field SurveySupport Program ("FSSP") needed for a major transportation client with multiple locations. The PM will be responsible for implementing the FSSP necessary for the updating of the client's FM: Interact and drawings databases with employee and furniture information. PM will conduct site surveys across thirty-nine facilities (approximately 4.5 million square feet). This position requires aneffective team leader with strong leadership skills who can resolve questionsor issues noted during the field data capture inventory process, mentor projectteam members and foster a working environment where project staff who areculturally diverse can work together cooperatively to deliver the projecton-time and on-budget. The PM will oversee theroles and responsibilities of technical and administrative personnel tosuccessfully implement and resolve any issues that surface during this programand shall be responsible for managing the project team to complete this TaskOrder within budget and on schedule. The PM's performance will beevaluated on the ability to successfully advance the task order on time, onschedule, in conformance with the required specifications to ensure the highestquality, and in a safe manner.MAJORA' DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESA cents € cents Develop and implement the Field Survey SupportProgram (FSSP), including the development of surveys, data collection schedules andprocesses, oversight of field surveys for data collection, and oversight of thereview and updating of drawings. Develop and submit a project schedule to the Task Manager at the beginning of the Task Order that meets all the scopecited herein;A cents € cents Conduct bi-weekly project meetings with client's staff, contractors, and indicated client personnel at client's offices, atclient's discretion, to manage the project;A cents € cents Coordinate with client's budget office as necessary;A cents € cents Coordinate with client stakeholders including, Human Resources and Information Technology for the implementation of the project;A cents € cents Develop, coordinate, manage, and report on theoverall budget, schedule, risks, and risk mitigation strategies for the FSSP to client's senior management;A cents € cents Update the client's program manager on a bi-weekly basis;A cents € cents Ensure compliance with the TPM Group and client's quality programs. Also, responsible for all project deliverables andcoordination of quality reviews of materials before delivery to client;A cents € cents Provide adequate staff and budgetcontrol to complete project tasks within the agreed budget andschedule;A cents € cents Prepare and distribute correspondence,memoranda, action lists and related material; and,A cents € cents Respond to client questions and requestsregarding the FSSP.BACKGROUND ANDA' EXPERIENCEA' REQUIREDA cents € cents A minimum of a bachelor's degree in projectmanagement, construction management, engineering, business, or related field;A cents € cents A minimum of 12 years or equivalent ofdemonstrable experience managing large projects;A cents € cents A' Experience using Autodesk AutoCAD and AutodeskRevitA' (C) is a must;A cents € cents PMP certification or equivalent preferred. TPM will consider other certification with additional relevant experience;A cents € cents Ability to manage complex budgets and schedules;A cents € cents Knowledge of working in a governmentenvironment;A cents € cents Ability to pass a government background check;A cents € cents Ability to work in confined spaces;andA cents € cents Reliable transportation required.
