Responsibilities of the Help Desk Specialist: Help tier 2 and tier 3 technical support specialists resolve escalated incidents Leverage excellent customer service skills and professionalism in support delivery Actively listen to customer needs; utilize strong communication skills to clearly articulate messages Develop strong work relationships with customers, peers, and broader organizational members Ensure established guidelines are following in all aspects of support offerings Requirements of the Help Desk Specialist: Associate's degree in IT or related field; or, at least 3 years of related help desk/PC support experience Help desk support and PC support experience - desktop and laptop Experience with Google product suite and/or O365 Experience supporting PCs in a Windows AD environment Experience with PC imaging and remote connectivity support Experience with antivirus applications, system patching, updates, and troubleshooting Strong working knowledge of MS Windows OS and MS Office Suite Ability to communicate clearly and effectively Strong customer service skills Keywords: Help Desk Specialist, IT Support, PC Support, MS Windows, MS Office, Office 365, Incident Response Job ID: 331467 About Eliassen Group: Eliassen Group provides strategic talent solutions to drive our clients' innovation and business results.
