Job Description **Position requires an in-scope TS/SCI clearance and polygraph. Core hours 0800-1630. Schedule meetings and maintain meeting calendar for group management and other designated personnel at the group, division and branch levels. Primary calendar support will be for approximately 6 people and secondary calendar for approx 10 people. Schedule rooms for meetings and other events/needs. Assist in planning, scheduling, organizing and executing meetings, conferences and off-sites. Record the topics and actions of these events and distribute meeting and other attendees. Prepare room and materials for presentation, acting as a recorder or working member of the group. Process administrative and personnel actions, informing appropriate people of the status of work and of any management level required actions. Maintain seating charts, IT system access requests and check in/out actions. Draft, proofread and edit routine and special correspondence. Open sort and distribute incoming information from sources such as mail, newspapers, faxes, publications. Prepare travel requests and submit vouchers. Manage supply inventory and submit repair request. Maintain and update databases or spreadsheets. Serve as group time keeper administrator. Education Associates Degree in a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
