Green Key Resources in Rockville, MD is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a role in Rockville, MD. This position is with a biotech company located in Rockville. This role will provide professional and courteous customer service to a well-established customer base as well as new customers. This position will interact with various customers and departments and facilitate processing quotes, orders and customer requests. The responsibilities for this role include the following: Customer relations - addressing inquiries and complaints Document outcomes and resolutions Perform data entry and database cleanup Coordinating and communicating order status Communicate pricing and order information Order and quote processing - process customer quotes and orders Communication internally regarding requests, tracking updates and shipping information Bachelor's degree required - additional 3 years of experience may be substituted for a degree Minimum of 1 year experience supporting customers Experience with business systems - experience with JD Edwards is highly preferred Proficiency with MS Office Life Sciences background is a plus Experience in a call center environment is a plus Ability to prioritize and switch gears quickly Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
