We are looking for a bright, energetic associate with Capital Markets expertise who will help build out our Capital Markets Function. Key responsibilities include: Coordinate the process for a Debt or Equity raise managing the information requests and evaluate competing terms Lead due diligence processes to help potential investors evaluate West Creek Financial s asset and business performance Work with external counsel to review legal contracts and equip CFO and CEO on potential issues requiring negotiation of terms Run financial scenarios to assess impact of different financing strategies and it s impact on liquidity and financial results Manage Investor Reporting and ongoing relationships with the existing investors in the facilities Work with Technology team to build the appropriate system requirements for New Facilities or enable reporting of appropriate data fields Stay abreast of developments in the Financing markets for Mid-size Consumer Lending companies Qualifications: 5+ years of experience working in a Transaction oriented Finance role - Associate roles in Investment Bank, Private Equity, Credit Funds. Debt & Equity Capital Raising experience Managing the process beginning to end Experience in working with Corporate Credit Facilities for Consumer Lending organizations is a big plus Strong expertise with Financial Modeling and Financial Statement interpretation and analysis Experiencing in reviewing and interpreting key elements of legal documents for a Credit Facility is a strong plus Experience using SQL, Python and general understanding of working with Data Sets Passion for understanding credit market trends and impact on businesses Team player who can work collaboratively with the Finance, Risk and other groups Strong interpersonal skills to work with Investor and manage information requests in a timely manner Able to multi-task and manage multiple demands and projects Education: Bachelor s degree with a concentration in Finance or quantitative discipline required
