Sughrue Mion, PLLC, a fast-paced Intellectual Property Law Firm located near Foggy Bottom Metro Station is seeking experienced docketing specialists. This position is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day functions of the docketing department in strict adherence to established policies and procedures. Responsibilities include: reconciling the daily docket, review and docket all incoming U.S. and foreign patent and trademark correspondence and PTO mail, maintain current docket of all due dates for U.S. and foreign patent and trademark cases. 2 years of docketing experience required in a legal environment utilizing industry standard docketing software.
