They are also interested in attorneys who would like to work in Chicago, Los Angeles, Silicon Valley, Minneapolis, Denver, Boulder, or Indianapolis. Qualified attorneys will have at least 7 years of technology and intellectual property contract drafting and negotiation experience, either as part of a law firm or an in-house legal team. The right attorney for this opening is an excellent communcator, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
