Tasks: * Support the Agency's litigation efforts, in coordination by constructing Vaughn indices, declarations, affidavits, answers to complaints and supplemental releases. * Research, coordinate and prepare documentation for and responses to requests for the disclosure of law enforcement information with entities. * Provide subject matter expertise and requisite guidance to all field and headquarters components on making sound determinations relating to the release of law enforcement sensitive information. * Draft responses to requests from other federal, state and local criminal law enforcement and regulatory agencies for a wide variety of investigative and enforcement information, documents and records. * Draft and/or edit procedural documentation relative to the dissemination and sharing of law enforcement information. * Make recommendations to agency staff, to include senior management and legal staff, regarding the disclosure of law enforcement information. * Assist in the processing of requests for information relating to CI program. Further, the Program Manager shall train federal staff, as needed and on all work processes performed contract staff. Training shall occur over a span of a minimum of three (3) months. The Program Manager shall at a minimum: * Have ten (10) years of experience performing duties as a program manager or supervisor in a law enforcement organization * Have ten (10) years of paralegal/legal experience addressing disclosure related matters relating to law enforcement records * Have ten (10) years of experience consulting with agency law enforcement and legal staff, as well as Assistant United States Attorneys, on the disclosure of law enforcement informatio * Have ten (10) years of experience advising senior management on the disclosure of law enforcement sensitive information relating to litigation matters, criminal prosecutions, law enforcement exchanges, and other types of complex disclosure requests * Have ten (10) years of experience drafting legal documents for court submission * Have ten (10) years of supervisory experience or program management experience in information disclosure * Exhibit familiarity and competency in the use of all Microsoft Office products * Have ten (10) years of experience utilizing law enforcement databases for research Employee Benefits Top-tier medical, dental, vision, and long-term disability coverage 401(k) plan with company matching and profit sharing Paid-time-off and Federal Holidays Tuition reimbursement for professional training Red Carrot is an equal opportunity employer (EOE).
